For 'change of mind' we are happy to exchange your product/s within 14 days of purchase. We ask that all products you wish to exchange are in original condition with any tags attached, packaging is intact and you will be required to provide proof of purchase.
Please note: To be eligible for an exchange, your product/s must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Packaging must also be intact.
Faulty Item Returns
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/ damaged item/s we want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience.
Please follow the below steps.
- Contact us immediately via email email@example.com (contact must be made within 5 days of receiving your purchase)
- Where it has been deemed that the fault is due to manufacturing, My Bohemian may refund the purchase price of the faulty/ damaged item/s, My Bohemian will refund return shipping costs.
- In the event the product you have returned is not deemed to have a manufacturing fault, My Bohemian is unable to refund any relevant return shipping costs.
- Please note: If you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs for your order are not eligible for a refund.
Not As Described Items
If an item is not as described please contact Bohemian immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org (contact must be made within 5 days of receiving your purchase).
Out Of Stock Items
Every now and again our stock levels may not be correct and in the event of this My Bohemian will contact you as soon as possible and request you to select another item.
